If you are selling or letting a property in the UK then an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required by law (with only a few exceptions).
Our certified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA’s) can, in most cases carry out their survey at the same time as the photographer / floor planners.
We can produce an EPC as an individual service, or as part of a package to include photography and floor plans.
